Wouldn't it just be easy to use some other custom t-shirt maker? I really don't understand why people are still taking so much effort with zazzle (though I spent too much time on it myself, I agree). Try out www.spreadshirt.com - it's just SO much easier that it will take you moments to change the designs, make new ones etc. You can see how the designer thing works in here http://www.spreadshirt.com/shop.php?sid=1000
completely foolproof - I was feeling a bit stupid that i spent all this time fighting with zazzle...
